One Day Business Agility Workshop
The simple fact that the average lifespan of a company has decreased by more than 50 years in the last century demonstrates that all organizations are struggling to remain relevant in the eyes of their customers. It is only high-performing, adaptable and agile organizations that will leverage, lead and thrive in this ambiguous and unpredictable market. We call this business agility.
This workshop will give you practical techniques and insights into creating and leading the next generation of businesses. We’ll look at the Domains of Business Agility, interspersed with case studies from 4 multinational organizations in both the banking and technology sector.
The Workshop Speaker: Evan Leybourn
Evan will deliver the workshop for 4 – 5 hours. Evan is the Founder and CEO of the Business Agility Institute; an international membership body to both champion and support the next-generation of organizations. Companies that are agile, innovative and dynamic – perfectly designed to thrive in today’s unpredictable markets. We connect leaders across industries and regions to share their experiences and insights with each other. Evan is also the author of Directing the Agile Organization and will soon be publishing his next book on #NoProjects.
